• Post from a home IP - DONE, posting from my most "common" and "home" IP
• Recovery phone number - (removed)
• Current email address - (removed), (removed)
• Skype used in the past or present - SKYPE: anet39baller (feel free to add me to verify)
• If you have donated directly through PayPal;
  • Transaction date and amount - $5 or $10 can't remember. Think one time i donated RSGP one time I donated paypal
  • PayPal email - probably (removed) if not (removed)

There's no number linked to your account details, so would it be possible to provide proof that your name is the one that's in your email?

 

Hello if by proof of name you mean identification, here are two IDs. My Drivers license and my college ID
