2FA removal process

Hello,

Need the authentication to be removed because I accidentally deleted the code generator for my sythe account on my phone, and for some reason sythe account was logged off, probably because i havent tried to reactivate my 2fa after deleting it on accident and it probably logged me off due to being online for too long.

I have 2 or potentially 3 methods of identification since I'm not sure which of 2 email accounts I used.
But I do have my phone # and my discord.

Let me know who I need to contact and in what method I will need to contact.

I have already sent a request for 2FA removal about 3 days ago or so, but I haven't got a response still and I'm not sure if I already did get a response or not because I'm not sure how to contact you or get contact from you, unless if I can get contact through my email.

There is no registered phone number on the account. Please provide as much of the following as possible:

1) Your recovery phrase. Hint: ***kM**D
2) If your registered birthday is your actual birthday, please provide a picture of your ID to prove this (this will be hidden from the public)
3) If your email contains your name, please also follow the above procedure.

Yes, I can upload the picture if you direct message me on Discord, my discord username and ID is posted on my sythe's signature, profile and threads, unless you want me to message you first.

I'll try posting the image once again in case if it works and ill put in the link as well, since I can't seem to upload a picture from my files directly. In case the link doesn't work, I'll put in a gyazo link for the picture as well.

I've disabled 2fa on your account. Be sure to re-enable 2fa on your account and keep the long code somewhere safe in case you find yourself locked out again - you can use this code once as a 2fa code entry so that you can log in and manually disable it yourself.
