DR.Scape Scammed 200M - PackAhBwl

User who scammed: Dr. Scape
How they scammed: He sent him 200$ for 200M osrs and then started flaming him out because he didn't pay.

Honestly, I didn't really understand this report much but the other guy was spamming me needing help and asked for the report to be made. so yeah.

basically guy said to sent the payment i did when i sent the payment he was saying hold on it loading stalling etc etc then he logged saying ohh its not showing up one second the payment was there then it wasnt recharge ur money but paypal doesnt let me recharge my money because i didnt do goods or services i did it as a gift like he told me to so now i got 205$ stolen since i payed the fee aswell and he blocked me on discord so i cant reach him paypal said all i can do is reaach merchant so i neeed him banned and someone to credit me the money i got stolen if possible if not idk someone do me the favor of finding this guy

- Could you please add this: ATTENTION! ALL SKYPE/DISCORD PROOFS MUST INCLUDE THIS!
- Do you have proof the Discord ID you were talking to was "Dr Scape#0841" as he advertises in his threads?
- Do you have proof of him agreeing to sell 200M for 200$?
- Do you have proof of him giving you his Paypal email address?
- Do you have proof of him saying it should be sent as gift?
- Do you have proof of you sending $200 to him via Paypal?
- Are you sure you cannot dispute Paypal payments sent as gifts? I'm fairly sure you can.

What was the ingame trade in the first screenshots about? He was confirming his Paypal payment but couldn't figure it out?
Either way, those pictures sent as first will not suffice, they are zoomed out way too much.

Sorry to bump in, forgive me but Pack is unable to upload screenshots to Sythe since he used his phone to take the pictures and he uses discord on his phone, for him to be able to provide you this evidence you'd have to add him on discord.

Really don't know, communication is abit hard with him.
