I spoke with both of you on Skype, and can confirm @Tren has issued a refund to @Monk GP. Although a refund has been made, I've issued a TWC on you @Tren as that behavior was beyond sketchy, and inexcusable. The way you approached this report was just extremely unreasonable, and unwarranted. You may dispute this TWC here (proper format found here), however I highly recommend obtaining some vouches prior to disputing. I've requested for the removal of your DNT in the meantime.
