Flaming: excessive cursing, insults, and/or derogatory comments towards another user

Now, I asked atomic to make me a signature over msn. He said no unless I paid him 5M. I told him I liked his signatures, but I don't like them that much. So we get into somewhat of an arguement. He calls me an idiot, etc. In no way did I excessively curse, insult, or say any derogatory comments to him. If anyone said something like that, it was sure him. I did nothing but ask to buy a signature and he freaks out. I'm really getting tired of his bullshit/cockyness. Just because you're a mod doesn't mean you get to go around giving infractions because someone disagrees with you. Besides, does he have any proof? (He'll probably edit pictures like he did with Oh Jesus -.-)

I called you idiotic, how's that flaming? Look up the definition of flaming in the rules, it's definately not calling someone an idiot. And please, stop calling me kiddo. One, you're probably not old enough to call me a kid, and if you are you need to move on with your life and start a family or something. You also called me an idiot, but did you get an infraction? NO.

 

I agree with Fiddle here. For one, it happened on MSN. And another, he is only telling you what his opinion of you is (unless there is more to the conversation). I don't consider that flaming, there are always people who don't like you. They don't have to be infracted for it.

Whether or not I know the entire story, I don't know. I may be wrong.

He was fucking with OJ because OJ was a moron and it ultimately ended in his demise. Don't say Atomic is an abusive mod, because he's really not. He's rational.

Anyway as far as the infraction goes, IMO infractions for a disagreements on MSN shouldn't be valid, etc.
