Hello all,

I took a break from Sythe as I stopped playing RSPS for a while but I'm now getting into the swing of things and attempted to logon, but was notified that my profile was suspected of being hacked and I was unable to log in. I can provide any information that will be helpful to recovering my account. I recently began uni which may have had some impacts on being unable to log onto my account.

Your account was banned as it was suspected to be hacked, therefore you will have to head over to the Account Recovery & Creation Center. Make a post in that section (follow the format in the sticky below), and provide as much information as you possibly can regarding the account you're trying to recover, and the staff member that handles it will tell you what else you need to provide in order to make sure that account is yours. All sensitive information on there will be edited out for you before it's public as it needs to be approved after you post it. Be patient as the process may be longer than usual, but that's only because the staff team needs to take every precaution to make sure you're the original owner.
