Was talking with the member (ICE) on chat and followed directions and proceeded to buy soulplay gold; he/she took his time but I went first and before i know it he says nice try 'staff' and kicks me out the chat. Great Service.
UPDATE: he says I am staff and that he knows julius or whatever; i have no idea what is going on. great service.
UPDATE 2: SO apparently they got their mule banned they ip checked my laptop ( i use this laptop for school) and said it matched with staff LOL..
