I don't think that scenario is accurate. What happened apparently is that Depute sold to crab, Depute scammed crab, Depute resold to godman123. Your scenario describes A selling to B who then sells to C. I don't think it applies to this context because A sold to B then sold to C after the fact after scamming B.

Carbon was a good friend of mine, he'd always tell me what accounts he bought off of my friends. He still has accounts my friends have sold him (I vouched for) and they haven't been recovered. I'm not entirely sure, but he told me about depute maybe a week after he had bought it.


I think you're also forgetting, the whole point of this Report is that King-Krab is tweeting (Yet again). He and myself have already proved i am NOT the OO and should not have to put up with this.

I've spoken with the owner of this site and due to the nature of the report and yourself knowing the account was recovered from Carbon and Krab, you will need to give the account back to him. (Since you knew it was stolen goods.)

If the account is not given back; a ban will be placed.

We rightfully own the account. You wrongfully own it.

 

You knew it was stolen goods when you bought it, you shouldn't of bought it.
I've confirmed with Sythe himself that these are the rules, so you have 24 hours to give Carbon back the account or you will be banned.
