Hello, first of all let me start of by saying I was asked by @video to post a "dispute" here so @Sythe would reply

I got scammed by astro for 0.31876 BTC

I originally posted a report here;

Panda states that the staff team have decided I should get what belongs to me, that's only what is fair.

As far as I can understand Astro got double spent himself and thinks I was responisble for it.
Let me start off by saying, I chose Astro to sell gold to because he was ex-admin and omm.
I never ever thought I was going to be put in the spot I am in right now.

I approached Astro to sell, followed his exact instructions confirmed to make sure I was staking him.
Later, when he realised he got double spent and double spent me aswell he came forward saying it wasn't him in the first place, I did not know this.
I confirmed amounts on skype chat with Astro and he confirmed that he received them, that is also the reason I did not take a screenshot of "winning stake".

I feel betrayed by the staff because I feel like they are not willing to pay my money because Astro is a close friend to them.
I absolutely did nothing wrong and followed every instruction he gave me.
If he had just told me I wasn't delivering to him I would have taken screenshots for sure (He confirmed he received the money so there was no reason for me to screenshot)

After panda posted the statement, I got in contact with Video, he started asking me more questions because he also thinks? I scammed Astro, I seriously can not believe this.

Yesterday Video requested I skype call him and show my face and goverment provided ID, I think this is ridiculous as I like to remain as anonymous as possible.

However because this is so much money to me I am willing to meet up IRL with a moderator to verify everything that needs to be verified, I originally spoke to @Panda who doesn't live to far away from me. I am willing to pay panda for his efforts if he wants to do this meetup IRL.


I can still not believe how they have been holding my money for over 12 days while I absolutely did nothing wrong and I'm hoping this thread can finally get them to pay my money.

Astro got handed huge favourism during this report, having his Dnt removed within 48 hours and I think everyone knows if this was someone else they would have been forced to pay by now or be banned.

I don't want to disrespect Video in any way because I understand in what of a situation he is as astro is probably a friend of him.
However because Astro got scammed by his buyer I shouldn't have to take the fall for Astro's poor trading practices.

I hope @Sythe @Shin @video @Charlotte can come to a conclusion..
I don't know what else to do other than all the proof I provided is completely accurate and that is just the truth.

For those who are wondering, the user refused to provide the requested ID and sworn statement and said to return the money to Astro.
