    Increasing my P.R

    Anyone got advice for increasing a Squat P.R? :eek:

    Currently at 2 plates, can't pass it been like 2 months.

    Increasing my P.R

    Consider incorporating pause reps of 5-6 reps per set @ 60-75% of your 1RM. Try to maintain core muscle tightness while you do the pause reps. Should be able to break your PR in a week or two. Good luck!

    Add 2.5 lbs and then 5 lbs etc. Remember to explode when lifting to build muscle. Also I heard not getting banned on Sythe helps.
