Unfair Banning With No Proof

Reasoning/explanation for sketchy behaviour leading to TWC: TWCed because i wasnt able to finish a package within the time frame given, however i dont think this decision was reasonable since ive laid out terms in favour of my customers "that he didnt have to pay anything or refund supplies if i didnt finish on time" which ive adhered to and also considering the situation was out of my control.
Anything else you wish to say: Ive realised ive erred by making this happen twice, however like i said it was because of unforseen circumstances and i was fair enough to charge nothing at all despite all the time and money invested in the service, and although ill be more careful in the future, a TWC doesnt seem neccessary here.

 

Your TWC is able to be disputed when you've had it on for a month. That means Nov 7, 2017. Also I recommend gathering some vouches. Best of luck.
EDIT: You were just unbanned with a TWC, that's one way of being unthankful..
