I lost $55,000 gambling in the span of 24 hours we would pay out the tab every $4-5k. When asked to pay the tab I didn't have the funds and told them I would pay them later, I did this with a couple of individuals and managed to dig myself into a $6,700 USD debt. Was a wake up call of my gambling addiction and I'm glad I got myself out and learned a couple lessons.

I'm not a threat to the community, nor a thief. I can show screenshots of paying out $10,000+ in BTC at once last month, I got no malicious intent or intent to scam. I'm constructive and always look in the best interest of the forum and truly want the opportunity to be back on this site.

I know I ban evaded a couple times during my ban, a lot of it was light-hearted banter and to be honest it's hard to leave home sometimes. Never had malicious intent nor was I pursuing some heinous causing chaos (I made a couple of Sythe accounts, joined the Sythe discord on some to read messages/others posted in the RSN market).

This reply isn't targeted at any any staff member individually, this is just me addressing something to the staff team as a whole.

- Why is it with any case/dispute/report that involves me, I'm treated differently than other members of Sythe? I'm not special nor better than anyone else, I don't know why I can't receive the same treatment as everyone else. I'm not asking for access back to the market, I'm asking to be granted access to the community. I'm not harmful to the community at all, I would even go far as saying I have many friends within the community. Why does my DNT request have to be voted on, it's not a pardon. There has not been a single scenario that staff have voted for a DNT request, why am I an exception?

We don't need to sugar coat the bullshit, I'm well aware a majority of staff members don't like me nor appreciate my presence; for one reason or another.

Monetary trust isn't an issue with me, I never intended to dig myself into a hole that deep but I'm damn happy to be able to say I cleared a $6,700 debt within a month. Additionally, being unbanned and given a DNT wouldn't enable me to "scam" or anything. I'll still have no market permissions and not be allowed to trade.

This request is nothing but me asking to join the forum again and it shouldn't need to be voted on. Now if Sythe/Richard doesn't want me on the forum or I'm barred from being a member here then I want to be told that, I don't want to invest my time and keep having false hope.

Backbone behind DNT:

• DNT acknowledges that people make mistakes and can change (I lost $55,000 in 24-48 hours, I don't think anyone understands how bad I fucked myself. I went to go gamble without funds because I was addicted and had a mindset I would win my money back. It's nothing I am proud of , I was actually embarrassed not being able to pay the tab out, I really do care about my reputation and went the extra mile to clear the debt as fast as I could).

• DNT means that friend groups are not split up (for example one your friends is banned) thus encouraging overall activity and better community cohesion. This will encourage new users to join and help to grow the site.

Abstract:

- I could be wrong I'm just stating this from my interpretation. I'm under the impression that staff don't vote on DNT requests, I could be wrong.

- I know this is me being redundant but I'm constructive to this forum and my profile portrays that. I am also aware that I tend to get in trouble a lot, I have no intentions of being problematic nor causing troubles. I always get banned for stupid crap (my fault) that I do just out of being impulsive. This is in regards to the Discord, as I act in a professional manner on my Elite Dust profile and never shitpost/break a rule etc.

- I'm well aware I was granted a chance at market access by Richard in the summer, I know I fucked it up by posting Milotic's RSNs and getting myself banned for leaking my personal information. It was stupid and so silly of me to do it, I'll leave it at that.

- In regards to the John Devola situation, I'll put it simple as this. I know I was aggressive during the report and acted inappropriately but given the circumstance I think my emotions (anger) were justified. I devoted money and a lot of my time into something just to see it go to the shitter in the blink of an eye. I'm not messing with John no more and don't want have anything to do with him. I'm leaving on a good note. I know during the report I made enemies with a certain staff member, and if you are reading this (you know who you are) I'm asking you to let the things I said about you to slide. The insults were unnecessary and I handled the situation poorly.

- I just took some time to reflect and it's seem that everytime I get banned it's because of something I did/said in the Discord. (Chloe/Trading Tanged with DNT/Jason SL/Posting Milo's RSNS). I really don't have any plans on joining the Discord nor partaking in it, it's become a distraction for me and a problem.

I've been on this forum for over a year now, in the whole 13 months I have been a member of the forum I've had access to the market for two weeks (nothing im proud of). I'm persistent to get pardoned in the future, i'm not proud that I have spent more time as a banned user than an unbanned user.

I can't change my past I really can't, and a lot of you have this image of me to where I'm a bad person/criminal etc. I'm well aware 'Elite Dust' has a negative connotation and I don't have a clean track record but I'm being honest when I tell you day by day I learn from my mistakes and become a better person. All I'm asking is for you staff members (you know who you are) to have an open-mind and realize I'm here for the long run, I'm not here to make a quick buck and run.

 

Reason your DNT is being polled is because in your case you've been banned and unbanned plenty of times for numerous ban reasons so it became a mess. Having one staff member handle this dispute would bring up the shitshow of "moderator X is bias" and therefore this was an excellent way to handle this dispute. I'm also very glad we did it as it basically confirms we're all on the same side. The staff team currently consists of 17 staff members (including Sythe and Matthew) and the poll was voted on by the majority of the staff members (10+). All votes were opposed. I'm sorry to deny and close this dispute. Hopefully this not discourage you to keep trying. Piece of advice is to start living more by Sythe's books, instead of your own. For example, you might not consider creating a new account to reply to a scam report as ban evading, but we do. I'm starting to understand your way of living a bit, but as you can see it does not work in your favor. How about a different approach? Best of luck!
