No, you can pay the NPC a 20k fee to have a custom game set up. No one sells nmz games anymore

Nah they changed it so you can just do solo now. Think it used to be better though/

 

Nope not worth it,
they made it so you can pick which quests monster you fight,
which disabled any benefit from hosting nmz games

I'll also tell you as the other 3 people have, you can now set up your own game so theres no point
