    Why you think they are ban evading (just an IP audit match is NOT ENOUGH!) :

    Rikuo Nura was previously caught ban evading, and profile post by @Wortel telling me that it's Kanto. Wyax has an IP match with Rikuo Nura on the audit. I look further into Wyax and Kanto's relation to find that they are both interested in buying private scripts, as seen in the screenshots here:

    My theory is that he is ban evading once again to try and get a private script made.

    Proxy match but looks to be true, he can dispute his ban from a home IP.
