Can you provide us with a screenshot of a virus scan? Also, check and verify that your email is secure. Then we will reset your password.

Thanks for your response, I've done what you asked.
Here a picture of a full PC scan:



On top of that I've also checked my e-mail and secured it stronger.

Thanks for the quick updates!
However, I'm somewhat unsure on what I have to do right now. Was I supposed to receive or do something? I haven't seen anything about my password change in my email if that was supposed to happen.
