would it be safe to trade osrs for bitcoins?

Its not posible thas the whole deal with bitcoins. what it is posible is doing what people call a "doublé spend" when someone sends a transactions without fees, I dont really understand it completely, but to make it simple, as long a transaction reaches 3 confirmations it cant no longer be reversed.
