Reason for my belief?
Unfortunately SellingGT hasn't posted from a home IP so it is extremely difficult to tell if they are the same person. However, just by looking at the two accounts I can safely say that they are both interested in selling Gamer tags in particular and SellingGT has become active only 3 days after GamerTagSales was banned. Not only that, their kiks seem to have very similar names i.e. "SellGamertag" and "GamerTagStore".

Finally, their threads are listed extremely similarly using bold on particular words:

GamerTagSales Thread:
2, 3 and 4 Letter Gamertags for sale

Also his threads seem to list tags that he doesn't even own and multiple people have complained about him. That TWC should be replaced with a permanent ban.
