Disputing Ban for ban evading

Swagura is the account that got banned. It stated i was banned for "Ban evading" Maximumpain, i have absolutely no relation to said user and am willing to provide proof as well, i`ve never scammed or broken any sythe rules i even bought a comp account from wutm8 and bought gold legit, sythe admin banned me stating i had the same home ip as him which is bullshit cause no one shares the same ip as me on this site except me, i live here by myself, my isp is encrypted this makes no sense.

Looks pretty convincing to me they are the same user too. Or he lives extremely nearby. @Charlotte @Hahanerd
