TWC Dispute :(

I want to first start off by apologizing to the entire staff team for what transpired a few weeks ago. I will not be filing any law suit and am extremely sorry @Sythe for any threats, I was just very upset with Chad false accusing me, and will admit I handled the whole situation wrong. It won't happen again, and have changed my business approach. Also want to say sorry to @Chloe @Gen @veng @Mootrucks @video @Tyler for the whole disruption.

Reasoning/explanation for sketchy behaviour leading to TWC:
As for my TWC, I promise you on my life and family, I did absolutely nothing and his claim is false. I offered GP merely as a gesture of good will due to whatever error he was experiencing. But it is so obvious he had the account open in another client and was up to no good. We all know Chad/Elite Dust he is a very toxic person. I have no malicious intent whatsoever and love Sythe, Sythe.org is the best. I've managed to accumulate multiple vouches after the incident, but it is so hard to do anything when people think Chad's claim is real. Luckily, some of my core clients stayed with me and I was able to provide service.

I've learned my place on here. I am going to be very careful with what I say and offer from now on. I will be sure to handle any false claims, should they arise, much more professionally. May I please have my TWC removed so that I can continue to provide my account services?

EDIT: Tyler, I understand i made a threat against Sythe. How are my actions sketchy? I immediately paid back chad his ransom as a good will gesture, doesn't that alone prove i am legit good and kind hearted soul? I already served a 2 week ban for the false accusations you are telling me, I am TWC for the false claim from chad/elite dust. I said I apologize totally for that and I was scared my rep was going to be tarnished due to a false claim, chloe understands this is the reason I got so defensive as well:



CHAD/ELITE DUST ruined my business on here, he ridiculed me behind my back, doxed me, scammed me, etc and made my life hell on sythe. He drove me to the point of madness where all i thought I could do was threaten him with a law suit. Chad took advantage of me (i am sorry for being soft minded). I request that I be looked at as a victim of Chad's treacheries. I was taken advantage of totally and apologize for letting that happen. I also care very much so for the rules of posting of sythe:



I will do anything to prove this is a giant misunderstanding and that Chad/Elite dust is a manipulative monster. I did not mean any threat, and was a defense mechanism because of chad giving me a false rank and my current clients ridiculing me for the false claim. I am so very sorry for it and LOVE sythe.

I just want to move forward, and put chad's treachery behind us. Please, rather than than just telling me what I did wrong can i directed on how to fix all of this?

 

• Your actions, were unbelievably sketchy even if I assume what you are saying is true. It was very logical of Chloecat to TWC you.
• You've gained 6 vouches since your TWC which in my opinion is not enough.
• You've failed to use the template provided and (previously) attempted to trade while having a DNT which shows you don't care for our systems/ways of doing things here on Sythe
• Your words are clearly something we should take into consideration when choosing whether or not to unTWC you (see picture below)

Voting no. Your actions were beyond ridiculous and your way of wording things is the reason you are in this situation you are in. Although I appreciate the apology (Which is a step in the right direction, owning up to your mistakes.) I just think you have some more to improve on before the TWC is removed.
