Ok in that case please can someone ban Island for ban evading BobbyRS, you can clearly see in the images him admitting to being banned. This is something that should be taken seriously rather than being taken as a joke.

Its not the Sythe discord, it is my own personal discord. It is clearly the General channel and not the "spam" channel.

 

Also requesting that a global mod takes care of this, possibly an admin or Richard himself.

Why would I be banned/infracted. The evidence was not fabricated. This evidence is very real and was screenshotted from my own discord. If anything you should be banned for admitting to ban evading. When MissFabulous admitted to ban evading then she was permanently banned. When Sept admitting to scamming, he was banned. When Deniese-Ricardo admitted to scamming, she was banned. How does you being a mod make you "exempt" from being banned for admitting to ban evading?

"Delete more chat logs" I've personally taken the liberty to actually record this proof of you admitting to being BobbyRS and also I've also taken the liberty of recording the fact you said you were banned. Completely raw footage. I can even upload that.

Also by the way, you did mention ban evading. As soon as you said the tag in my report matched that of the same person who admitted to being banned + also being BobbyRS. I'm sure that if say for example Rock Star came on a new account and said hey I'm Mara45 then they would be instantly banned.

I've also personally uploaded the video and it would be found down below. I will personally delete the post so only staff can view it. It shows you "admitting" to being banned PLUS you admitting to being "BobbyRS" - My chat logs are faked huh? Ok then. Hopefully the staff (Globals+) can see my RAW, Unedited video of you admitting to being banned.

I don't even upload videos that often anymore but you made me upload it once you called my evidence "fabricated" yet you came into MY discord and admitted to being BobbyRS/being banned.

If anything I feel this report should be moved into the Upper Staff Lounge and a full investigation should take place. I feel this is the only reasonable way this report is going to go anywhere. Island is obviously going to continuously sit here and claim "that I am slandering his name" and call my evidence "fabricated". Only the USL can decide what happens at the end of this. Theres no point me arguing here, I feel there needs to be a USL discussion regarding Tony's ban for "ban evasion" or possibly just a temporary ban for like a week so he can consider his actions.

I also have proof of some guy called [hidden] admitting to sharing account and can also post that if needed as well.

I never claimed to be a Sythe mod. Any raw footage of me pretending to warn people was done months ago and in fact I got banned for 3 days when I ended up copying the staff template and sending it to staff who warned me in an attempt to troll them back. Go find me pretending to be a staff member in my own discord. Lmfao. Good luck by the way.

@Seraphic I read through everything, asked for some information and have concluded that island (unfortunately) is not ban evading. Closed.
