You'd have to ask the bondholders themselves on that. Usually when taking RS3 / 07 donations they take the equivalent to $5 (or whatever amount you're looking to donate) based of the selling price of the gold. They will tell you the up-to-date price on the gold, and calculate it to the amount you're looking to donate for you.

 

Donations via RSGP are usually valued at Market Price (Bond Holder's Buy Price), or somewhere between Buy-Sell price, if they are generous.
