He has been cleared for not being the same person. They are from the same country though so it's not unlikely to have made connections, however it's stupid to have logged on via a banned user's IP, even moreso after being accused of being this person as well.

I've contacted him regarding this and the situation stands that he did access Sythe from a friend's IP. Due to past business association and him already clearing his identity, this can be closed.

I have advised him to not visit Sythe on any mutual IPs in the future as it only breeds problems.
