Nooblet Unban Appeal

So , recently i tried to log in sythe and seems like my account has been banned - so i did re-search and seems like my RSPS staff got my account password somehow, so i would like to resolve this issue, idc if i have to re-pay other guy shit who did deal on my account. Can prove ownership of it :

^ you see my skype is Just Raivo//Skiller and the guy who scammed here - Nooblet Scammer is mano - ham and on first thread you see him as my friend list - yes, he used to be my RSPS staff member and somehow he managed to get my password on sythe (obviously from my forum...) .
Now i decided to contact Konduit to repay hacker/scammer shit to get myself unbanned but seems like konduit doesnt want to get refund ffs...
Now i would like to know what to do??
