Disputing 13e_12eady's Ban

A few days ago I found out I've been Banned for ban evading "Zufall"

I have been in contact with Meteor and Gen over discord trying to discuss and figure out why this situation arose. I was told that there has been a home IP match with "Zufall".

I have elaborated some facts about my case in points to make it easier to read and understand:

1. I mainly use my home internet/mobile data to access Sythe and occasionally friends'WiFi when I go to their places.

2. I got a new home internet connection about 3 months ago, switching from "Airtel" to "Excitel". Both connections we're running at the same time for about 15-20 days for me to test out the new internet after which I completely transitioned to the new ISP.

3. I used a VPN months ago to access some torrents and haven't used any VPN since then.

4. "Zufall" joined Sythe in 2015 while I've been a member of Sythe since 2012. Why would I even make a new account when my original, much older account had absolutely zero black marks.

5. I went through Zufall's threads and posts and find absolutely nothing in common with this user. The way we write posts, our areas of interest on sythe are not even close to similar.

6. "Zufall" was Banned in Feb 2015 and I switched to this new ISP only approximately 3 months ago so I don't even understand how there could be a Home IP match.

I may not actively trade on Sythe forums but do like to browse around almost every day to see if anything peaks my interest and such would appreciate the concerned Mods/Admins to take another look at this Ban.

After some research and Charlotte's input,

User: 13e_12eady was last active in March 2015.

User: Zufall was banned Feb 2017

User: 13e_12eady was active again in April 2017, in a completely different market than previously seen.

The ban will stay, other mods feel free to leave any input.

User also didn't show any actual proof

 

Yeah, I said the same thing he's posted already ^

You not knowing how there could be a home IP match isn't enough.

It seems like I made a mistake while mentioning Zufall's ban date. He/she in fact made the account in 2015 and was Banned in February 2017.

Also, with reference to Gen stating that I became active again in April 2017 in a totally different area of Sythe... If you look at my activity, I have been all over the place with a handful of posts in a bunch of sections. This was due to the specific sections peaking my interest and then me getting interested in another section.

You still haven't been able to answer the question as to why I would even make a new account in the first place when my much older account didn't even have any black marks.

I got my new internet connection 3 months ago as I stated and Zufall was Banned in Feb 2017 so please enlighten me how I have a a home IP match.

I can provide details of my new internet connection and a screen share of my account with them on their online portal which shows how long I've had the connection for.

The only way for there to be a home IP match is if this guy is stealing my WiFi.

P.s. Also, I find it rather suspicious that this "discovery" was made soon after I posted something against Bus369/Divine. Under normal circumstances I wouldn't even think something like this but, off late I've seen numerous threads stating the kind of things he's done on here.

I can't enlighten you on how but what I do know is that you do have a home IP match. Post whatever proof you think would work here.

There's nothing suspicious about it. You were reported and it was looked into and the report was valid so you were banned. This has nothing to do with Bus369.

1. As I already stated I can screen share with a global/admin to show how long I've had my new internet connection. I would rather not post a screenshot here because for one it may or may not contain my personal details and two I don't want the next thing a mod says to me is that I could've edited that screenshot.

2. I don't understand how exactly you want me to prove I'm not the same person as "zufall" when you refuse to tell me the IP address we have in common...

It's not like it's sensitive information considering the fact that it's MY IP address.

 

You can post proof and we will keep everything private/hidden. Post the proof and if we need something more, we will let you know.

I never said I wouldn't share the IP with you lol. It's 122.162.117.211 / Airtel Broadband.
