he is just a fking tricker, lier, false man without word and balls!

After not getting answer from @Chloe @veng im doing this dispute. before everything happened i sent to Chloe every proof trying to avoid future surprises.

Everytime i get a new customer that wants my services i tell him to put his order on my service thread, that confirm he wants me to do whatever the order is to him.

atm it was a TreeGP worker who hire me to do some services alot of them it was 1 month of work.

as he told me he works at TreeGP also did confirm it on chat, i dont have transcript cuz didnt think this can happen from a very good reputation gold site, but below you can check someting similar that i have.

everything was ok gave the gold i got paid and continue working with skill/quests

till when he told me he needs 600m but i got only 564 which i gave him and he didnt paid and deleted me **proof at beginning of this dispute**

then i went to live chat jake just told me to leave and added me on skype.

at this point jake told me to not open a dispute/case againt him and to not confront him told me he was going to get my money back from him and get everything fixed, which he did less that last part "fixed it"

As a gold seller and Gold provider i do a lot business with Big/Medium Gold sites! i Do sell gold to them Thought chat and without it. its not personal gold as they sell them at their website! they do have balls and they do make business Workers and bosses!

Also TreeGPEmily didnt came as a personal customer he did came with his TreeGP Account, if his boss CANT TRACK their WORKERs, or Doesnt have brain to hire them! even knowing him for 10 years and in real Life! that is not customer Fault!

then why the hell he does give a business Sythe account to his worker?
where is the damn deposit in case any worker damage their customer using his company Name?

WHY THE HELL HE DOESN'T ALERT PEOPLE TO NOT SELL GOLD OR ACCEPT THEIR WORKER SKYPE REQUEST OR OFFERS?

@Chloe @veng been dealing w/ this as its related to emiles scam quit

 

From my total understanding of this, Samrik sold gold to a TreeGP worker while the worker wasn't on livechat or on the official TreeGP Skype meaning you sold it to Emile personally not via the company so therefore my opinion is TreeGP shouldn't be held liable for this transaction.

If it had taken place on the livechat or Jakes official Skype then I would say he is responsible. Unless of course I'm missing something.

 

he did use his sythe TreeGP Account to confirm he was a treegp Worker to put me to do work for him and to sell gold to him so he sells it on their website, Dont be lazy and read the proof

he is going to pay with what he got from his worker as he told me he were going to do..! and used me to manage and get money from his Worker! now know as @LuigiSauce ... to pay me back for damages!

 

before speaking with mods i thought i was responsible, that's why i said that, i didn't know what workers did OFF-SITE was their responsibility but it makes sense.

 

lastly i didnt know he stole over 3b until after i saw he scammed you, or his friend scammed you whoever was on that skype cause he says it wasnt him.

Look like if o own a Gold website and give sythe accounts with my website name, and let people used my chat to confirm customer their identity and if they scam my customers. and i own a deposit/money from my worker i wont be responsible for what he did and im not paying my customer cuz i want that money!

I don't think anyone is comprehending what's going on. Jake is taking large amounts of money from people with no intentions on paying it back. He claims I "stole" 3b but hasn't be able to provide any proof of anything. He's only trying to get away with as much as he can until he is exposed. I'm not understanding why everyone is taking his word for it. I had no access to Jake's money to buy gold, all the PayPal cases are closed, he is trying to find a way to steal my $4000 and as many other people's money while making it seem like he's done nothing wrong. I find it crazy how no one has asked him for proof of 3b missing and how he's gonna just blame it all on. And if evidence has been asked for, why is it taking so long? He's just trying to stall for as long as possible.

You say he took large amounts from "people" meaning plural. Who else did he take money from? How can the mods know you won't just open back up those PayPal cases when this is resolved? Clearly opening them in the first place shows your character.

 

If the seller offered to refund your money, for example, make sure the money is in your PayPal account before you close the dispute. Once a dispute is closed it can't bereopened or escalated to a claim.

You can only file one dispute.

his worker scammed me 564m you have proof and after you ignored them they are here on this sythe post also jake knows this happened so his worker. that confirm im not lying to get a money that is not mine...

also you have proof on jake taking this case and fixing him telling me to not open dispute etc, telling me he got my money from his worker "its not my worker or your worker" but not paying me and asking me to wait till monday which is a day that already passed.

Jakes should pay me WITH his Worker money as he told me he were working to do it, AFTER this, he should pay back his Worker with the remaining money if there is not other customer damages.
AND to avoid his worker to open dispute that payment from (Jake-worker) should be through Paypal.

 

If I'm correct, Jake's intentions for stealing my $4000 were to pay back Samirk3 for his loss and recover from whatever he's claiming he lost, then why hasn't he paid Samirk3 back?

Why is everyone siding with Jake and completely ignoring the community?
