Picture Links?

I want to know how to put a picture in my signature, and when one of u guys click on it, it will bring you to my MM thread.... or any Other thread i might want to make a link with.

Highlight your images image code and click the earth looking thing right below the smiley and then insert the link. Just like this...

I know how to get images in my sig, just not the pic links. Thx
