It's funny how you keep claiming I stole from you for over a year when your treegp has only been around 8 months max, not to mention I've worked for probably a total of 4-5 months of those months, I have all my spreadsheets to back up myself and the only thing you keep claiming is "an audio recording" and whatever your developer is saying.
You stole my $4000 because you're going through a rough time IRL and needed to think of a way to catch up on funds quick while also blaming someone for a loss that you don't even know for certain how it happened. Not to mention $4000 is a lot of money for whatever you are claiming is missing.

 

Nah i have proof of the only two things i need..

1. the orders being reverted from delivered to pending and picked up by you

2. around 3b in total of orders picked up twice resulting in my loss

you think you were smart to delete chats after i confronted you but i'm always one step ahead of you

In response to the slander/libel claims, the claims have to be false. I have proof and so do the mods now, showing that nothing I have said towards you has been a lie. Therefore no crime has been committed on my behalf.

For the blackmail, in certain cases passes are given when the blackmailer is the one who acts only in order to get restitution for a harm done. Also, Exceptions are numerous, such as excusing the person who acts (threatens) only to make the other side correct a wrong, stop misbehaving, or return stolen property.

For the internal theft claims you've made against me are false. Whatever "proof" you've provided to the admins/mods (or if you have even provided them any proof) will be determined to be falsified/fabricated in order to complete your agenda.

 

Unless you can provide proof of a signed contract, I don't see why you're mentioning it.

 

I do have the contract with his signature, I can't remember if I included it before they were removed. But I can repost it if I didn't included it.

 

A signed contract typically involves an agreement by two or more parties. Are you saying TreeGP was making an agreement with himself? Sometimes one must address the inner feels.

 

I also have a video recording of Jake and I agreeing to this contract.

That video literally says nothing about anyone stealing or admitting to anything, all it talks about is you stealing $4000 and asking if stealing $4000 is the right thing to do if someone stole from you.

 

Dude why do you insist on lying 24/7 to everyone about everything? You still dont admit to it when the developer of the site caught you doing it red handed, like no possibility for it being your account was hacked, it was on your home ip. Theres audio recording saying you stole, and that its not right to steal when someone steals from you. Why are you so ignorant? Like why? You're lying about how much gold you stole, and how much you've purchased with paypal. I have proof of everything, and you are doing nothing but changing your story to mods/admins whenever you get confronted with new info. & lastly this was a contract and deal made off of sythe, and a lot of people think this isnt even something that should be disputed on sythe, and that the staff shouldnt even handle beacuse its outside of sythes jurisdiction but i dont care regardless because youre fucking guilty

 

All these recordings are so far out of context but clearly you're going to do your best to try and make it seem like someone was stealing from you and taking my money as a sick way to make up for you losses.

 

This blows my mind, i think there is a real mental disorder with compulsive liars where they genuinely start to believe their own lies.

The recordings are icing on the cake and humorous to me and prob the rest of the sythe community, the fact of the matter is they are not even needed. All thats needed is the dev confirming that you got caught stealing from treegp/proving that you did with ip logs and such from back end of site, and me proving that i lost the amount, if not more than what i was able to recover from you. I can find a program that reads text out loud if it helps you comprehend these messages im wasting my time typing to you.

 

I will just let the sythe Admins handle it from here. Whatever you're trying to falsify may work here but it won't in court. The main reason this post is here is because I just don't want anyone else in the community getting scammed by you.

 

I'll be waiting patiently dude, any info you need from me let me know. Like i've told you once before, i already have an attorney that i went over everything with BEFORE finalizing everything that happened. If you want their contact address for your attorney to communicate with i'll gladly give it to you.

Lastly once your ass gets proven guilty in court for internal theft and blackmail AND slander to treegp it won't just be my "opinion" that you stole from me, ill have legal evidence, and make sure i get even more $ out of you for lost wages and court fees. I'd recommend hurrying though so you can come to WA while it's beautiful summer is here. We can go to the zoo and ill show you the exotic animals and snakes they have. <3
