as a bonus he knew i wanted 1.5b from me without me mentioning to him directly, edit: he did message a friends skype as i had asked him to which is in no form a buying trade

This is a clear case of imposter scam. Skype shows "Live.B029281" my Skype is not that nor have I sent any private messages confirming that it is that. Sorry for your loss

asked me the exact amount of money i had without me offering him how much i had

on top of trying to resolve the issue before reporting, i asked him to send me the money and he confirmed this was his account and he had bought 200m off me again as a trust trade

See how the guy you talked with has the dot ( . ) in between live and b, while the real Boney has a colon there ( : ) ?
Look closely, do not look at the display names because these can be changed any time.

I fail to understand what @Large Sells has to do with this report though, please explain.

 

it is entirely possible he could make a separate account to ensure his main account is not involved in this.
I was trying to sell to large sells at first but I was instead linked to an impersonator through my friend (of which is known as boney).
To provide evidence for this he confirmed he would buy 200m off me both on skype and on inbox, and has sent me proof he sent me money for the 200m on both skype and inbox after the transaction - this went fine and money arrived, and so it is definitive that the two users are the same. This is made more clear by the fact that the 'imposter' was aware of the amount of 1.5bn, which was only told to Boney. i can also provide evidence of this that he sent me via inbox

 

Can you either report the inbox message (so I can see it) or invite me to the conversation (if possible)?

spoke to @Froggen hell and his friend, I don't see anyway we can blame @Boney for what happened. He gave you a perfect sythe PM and you failed to recognise that both skype IDs did not match yours + the person you were speaking to. If you want to discuss this you have my discord PM me.
