Is Venmo a valid form of payment? As in am I allowed to offer to pay someone with Venmo? When I searched it only one post had it mentioned.

I am sure any payment method is accepted, as long as the person whom you are doing business with accepts this payment method. You can read all the benefits of Venmo here.

I don't think there is any limitations to what payment method is accepted as long as the other party agrees to that method. But, if I am wrong I do apologize. But yes, you are welcome! If you have anymore questions feel free to post or PM me!

It all depends on the seller/service provider.

Venmo Payments:
○ Venmo is a payment method designed to send money between friends/friends. They do not have any merchant rules and they do not get involved in disputes.
○ You WILL lose your money if someone disputes a Venmo payment.

So while yes, you can offer it and take Venmo, it's a very unsafe trading method.
