Cant Access My Account

First off, I apologize for posting here because I am certain this would be the incorrect place since I am not appealing a ban or anything.

I can no longer access my account "Hyper ELO" due to having lost the 2-step authenticator device. I have tried contacting you twice using the "Contact Us" in footer but I have not received and reply in days.
I also tried creating a new account to directly PM any moderator for assistance; however, I was unable to due to having my IP already linked to my other account and this is where I was redirected to this forum.

I was gonna say that recovery 2fa code you posted can be used to log in, but it seems you already figured that out.
