Account recovery

Im trying to find what route i can take to try and recover my two factor verification account. I no longer have the phone i used for verification(it went swimming) and because i am very smart I took a screenshot of my verification code on the same phone. i have since moved twice unfortunately. So i am not sure how i can resolve this, im a returning member and really enjoy the account. I believe its a 100$ donator or higher, i just cant remember the exact number. Let me know what kind of details you need and ill try and get it for you! Much appreciated
