    Dont buy off [REMOVED] right now, they are having tech issues supposedly, i bought some gold 2-3 days ago and they still havent emailed me back, it says on there site they will get back within 24 hrs.

    Cant help someone who refuses to read & follow the process sadly. Everyone elses knows how to do it but apparently not this guy.

    Creating a ticket generates a email to my private email which is why the ticket system is there because nobody else has access to it, since I'm the only one to send refunds, that's why its in the FAQ.

    You literally could of just read the giant list of FAQ questions.

    As far as I'm concerned this can be closed @Menno when the customer follows the process(which is just making a ticket with their order id), then I'll start the refund, its literally a ~ 1 minute process on the customers end to avoid this and he made a report instead(without evidence I might add).
