    I personally drink it after. You should always consume something after an intensive work out anyways.

    protein shakes.
    I have three different protein powders and a premade protein shake that I'm using currently. It's funny because the powders range from baby formula tasting to store milkshake tasting. But they all give me lots of grams of protein so that's all I really care about.
