lpool4321 banned and need to recover

Hello Admins/Mods,

First off I'd like to mention that my sythe account: "lpool4321" has 2-step.... I haven't logged in, in about a year maybe less and in that time the device that had the authenticator is now broken.
I do however know the password and I have the long one-off 2-step code I can give you.

I may also be able to dig up a donation paypal id.

Now, during this time i've been trying to get admins/mods to help me by creating another account "lpool1234". However no-one got back to me. I also purchased a rare runescape name and apologise for doing so as I grew impatient. Check postings on that account to see vouches given.

As part of trying to get "lpool4321" unbanned I posted on dispute a ban thread. @Chloe responded to me with: "Hi Nurvael".

It has really frustrated me that a mod will confidently address me as someone i'm not. If you really investigated this, you would know that I most definitely am not him. I have been a loyal member of sythe and I have never broken any rules other than creating an account to try and get this resolved.

If via the IP Audit you can accuse me of someone i'm not, then surely 80% of sythe's users must also have 5+ personas, yes?

The reason for the ban is very illogical and I hope that I can have a conversation with you guys soon so that we can swiftly resolve these issues so that I may carry on using the service.
