Hey my name is Shauna, i was recommended to these forums by a IRL friend of mine who said it was a good community and if i needed help with anything that i would be in good hands. Unfortunately over the last couple of weeks i have had some trouble but i will put the negative experiences behind me and hopefully enjoy my time here.

What do i do?

Well i am technical support advisor for a major telecommunications company. I hope to progress as a software engineer as my current company in the next year which my manager is going to help me achieve.
My hobbies are going to the gym and enjoying nights out with friends and playing runescape in my free time.
