ok i bought a char off a guy and he recovered i recovered i got a pick of him talking to me on msn and telling me to add this guy and then admiting it on rs would that be good to ban him if he dont cooperate with me and give me my cash back that i payed for char and chars he scimmed off char when he recovered? he joined in 2005 so its prolly good to ban him
