Buying Gmaul pure

Hello guys I'm looking to buy a gmaul rusher with DT done, and would have a house with a restoration pool to get the special attack back.
Also, having the mithril gloves would be appreciated
So stats would be like:
50 atk
? str
13 pray
? range
82 mage with DT done
65 construction (if i'm not wrong its the construction lvl you need to get the special attack back)
