• Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you: I was Immature to be honest and decided to scam for easy money, Got banned, And a year or so later came back to sythe.org Under the name "rivenstarz" Never Scammed Once since. Recently Donated/Started Collecting Mini ranks Ive built up a small but legit amount of vouches, I don't mind paying back the amount I Scammed in 2015 to either the User I scammed or the Community payback fund. Since returning to Sythe I have been responsible for Hunting out other Ban evaders, I felt that I should of been honest about the evasion earlier but in the back of my mind I think I avoided it because I didn't want to be Shamed.
• If it makes any difference Once realising I was Banned for Evasion I Contacted a user that I was working for explaining I was banned that and that Ide have to stop the service for them. I easily could of Scamm quit on them, but I chose the Honest way out, (can provide proof)

Provide us with proof you are actively trying to contact him, if that fails one of the moderators here can collect the money/gold you will need to repay.
Getting in contact with him doesn't mean sending one "Hey" message, but it means actively trying to get in contact with him for which we have a 1 month timeframe.
You owe him $16.85 USD as I'm afraid you probably are unable to recover the account for him and I doubt he's still interested in it after this happened.

I will send him a PM on Sythe regarding this so you have a bigger chance of him responding.

I'd say this is totally irrelevant. It should be very obvious not to scamquit. If you get in a fight with someone IRL and you state "I could've killed him" doesn't really make you a good person.
