2fa removal Suzuki GSX

Hello. It's been a while, but I tried logging into my account Suzuki GSX.
I can log in, but don't have the authenticator, as the iPad I used has been reset to factory almost a while ago.

So I don't have the phone number connected to it.
But perhaps in the private messages there's a message of me reffering to my PowerBot account.
I do have access to that account still.

Perhaps I do have linked a phone number to the account, but it's an old number that I no longer use.
Upon request i can give that.
The donor status i paid with 07 gold, so no PayPal trace there...

How else can I Prove this is my account?
And if this is good enough, could you remove the 2fa so I can use my account again?
