I got hacked my e-mail by someone from canada like 90 min ago, I registered that e-mail like 12 years ago, was my first e-mail, I rlly cant remember security question, Idk if possible to get back that e-mail, also got hacked my skype, facebook and other things that were connected to my e-mail.

I didnt get hacked sythe, because I have two step google auth, but I got hacked skype.
My friend told me that my skype is offline, also he didnt do anything on my facebook, so idk why he hacked me.

what should I do? can I change email connected to sythe? because I cant get my old email, also I would make new skype if there is no other way how to solve the problem.
