TWC Dispute

Dear mods and admins,

After I learned I got a TWC for paying out late, I'm curious what you did with the actual situation.
I asked for a DNT myself, to show my goodwill since @Kjuba2 felt safer that way. @Meteor can confirm this. After I repaid Kjuba, on Friday the 21th, I still owed @Gold247 930$.
On that Friday, after I paid Kjuba, I went on to be offline for the rest of the weekend because of my annual 'Repair weekend/Job Weekend/Fixing the house weekend'.
Seeing as I own my own house with 8 other roommates, we take care of our property.
Each and every year we plan 3 days, Friday till Sunday, to fix everything that should be fixed and build new stuff. This is a necessary event, besides being a social demand, which is a part of our living together.
It might be hard to understand for people that don't live together closely with their roommates, and don't own their own house, but this isn't some made up shit. If you want more information about this, please ask me.

On Sunday, I heard the news that the mother of one of my best friends was going to pass away on that Wednesday, the 26th. Since then I have been there for him to support him in any way possible. Hence, my head was not with Sythe, the internet or other stuff relating. If you do not believe me, which would be inhumane and cruel, I am happy to provide the mourning card to a mod and live-stream the funeral for you tomorrow. This being said, I really hope none of you ask for this because it would be completely insane.

After losing 1800M aka 1800$ ish on 07 due to a RWT ban I repaid 1800$ out of my pocket, since I am not a scammer. Yet it is still needed to give me a TWC. Neither Kjuba nor Gold247 made a further complain after I repaid them, since I explained the situation to them. In my eyes it's unfair, since I repaid my debts and due to 2 different circumstances I didn't repay in the time I said I would. I acknowledge that and I apologize for it. I hope I provided enough information to convince you of removing the TWC.

Edit: If you're going to bring up the 80M scam report against me, that was made on Tuesday and I paid him on Wednesday. Same circumstances, same reason I paid out late.

 

I believe you don't deserve this TWC. People have issues irl and it's complicated to balance. We are lucky to have a member on this site who would actually even pay out this type of debt. I find it a shame that you were slapped with the twc. You're one of the few people on this site who would pay back those sums.

 

I on the other hand think the TWC is well deserved, you might have paid out but you still need to get your priorities straightened out, i'm sure your friends would of understood that you owed someone close to $1000 and needed to pay them immediately.

 

Even though it is fairly obvious you are not a danger to this website we have rules and punishments for certain behaviours and actions.

Your twc was given after a staff vote in which the overwhelming majority voted in favour of twc. If you gain vouches and appeal again at a later date you I assume you will have no issue getting the twc removed.
