Attempted Scamming

User in question: Champ2011

I was looking to buy some Elkoy gold off him and originally he says "he has no stock to sell":

3 days later he PM's me saying he has bulk OS-Scape/Runique and Alora Gold. I ask him if he has any Elkoy and he says he's had 4B Elkoy:

He proceeds to tell me he's had this stock for 2 WEEKS and that the buyer backed out:

And not to mention I ask for proof that this was for a buyer and he just says "nah I can refuse your business":

And I said if he cannot prove it then I will be forced to file a report for a TWC in which he just flames:

Unless he is able to prove that the Elkoy was meant to be for a buyer who backed out he cannot be selling it considering he didn't have it 3 days ago now he's suddenly had it for 2 weeks. This is definitely something which is TWC worthy.

I originally asked him if he had 100M Elkoy. He replied "No" and said that he never dealt with that server so he never had any.

2 days pass and I ask again:

He says suddenly he has 4B Elkoy but cannot sell 100M Elkoy gold.

Now he says he has had 4B Elkoy for 2 weeks yet 2 days prior he said he had none:

I question him about his lies:

He tells me to do business elsewhere and he only has 4B Elkoy because it was reserved to a buyer who backed out.

I asked him if he had any proof and this is his reply:

He flamed me and said he doesn't have to provide them. I'd recommend a mod+ to see proof of these claims otherwise this is a TWC. It still counts as attempted scamming.

Closing this as I believe @Champ2011 isn't doing anything wrong here. Any moderator is free to overrule my decision here if they believe there's a need to. Thanks for the report though.
