IP In use Military WiFi "GoWifi"

Hiya! I'm new to the sythe community, and was trying to create an account so I can start trading and such with vouches.

I went to create an account, and the IP was associated with another account. "Zuj".

Now I'm not sure if you know what GoWifi is, but it's an internet provider much like what Hotel's and resorts use. You pay for your wifi and log in through the browser, which, gives everyone the same IP and not a private IP.

Is there any way I can prove that I am not associated with this account? I've tried to play RSPS's before and ran into the same problem with the IP being banned.

I can prove I live on a Naval base, which is a training command that conists of many people in the age range of 18-21, so I understand the low probability of me being the only one that has ever tried to register on sythe from this ip/provider/naval base.
