I can't get back into my Insane Gods account.

Could anyone help me with this?

 

You were banned for scamming, can you please tell us what happened exactly? Telling the truth will help you get your account back.

 

It didn't allow me to post on the other thread as it said that I needed to create an account to reply and then when I did create one, it told me that I didn't have permissions to post on it. If this counts as ban evading than I am sorry.

So this is pretty much the timeline:

November 18, 2012: Scammer posts a recovery request to get into my account, it was approved and the recovery link was sent to the fake email listed on the thread. I did not post this thread, and this isn't me. Thread link.

Sidenote: I would NEVER make a new email to receive a link because I never lost access to any of my other emails, and I had full control on my account before this incident. I was mostly inactive in 2012 due to IRL issues, and it being the last year of high school for me so I wanted to focus on that.

November 20, 2012: The person with my account went on a scamming spree and Sellerman noticed, so he made a thread requesting that I be banned for being hacked. My account was banned. Thread link.

November 20, 2012: The guy that managed to recover my account the first time posted a dispute saying that he wasn't hacked. The account was unbanned. Thread link.

November 25, 2012: The account was banned again, this time for another account that I did own and my email in one post matched up to this banned account because I requested that account to be banned a long time ago. Thread link.

November 26, 2012: The guy that got my account made an appeal for this ban aswell. The account was unbanned. Thread link.

December 1, 2012: Hacker was banned, then he made another recovery request to get into someone else's account. (CephaXz). Thread link.

December 11, 2012: I made my first appeal to get my account back on this date. I was told that I was my own hacker because the IPs on the recovery post and the appeal was the same IP and that further appeals would be deleted. Thread link.

I continued to appeal after that with no success.

December 14, 2012: CephaXz account gets banned and he makes an appeal and it seems that the IPs matched up on it as well. Not saying that it is related 100%, but the timing on the recovery thread and me being banned is very suspicious. Thread link.

In between here I'm pretty sure I made some appeals but they didn't amount to anything, then I did some digging...

March 25, 2013: I did some digging and pretty much proved that I wasn't my own hacker and that many other people also fell victim to this. I posted a thread with my findings. Roary said that I needed to pay the people that the hacker scammed, but unfortunately I didn't have the money at the time and I had no job or any means to get the money. Thread link.

It is very possible that we all got a RAT or some other virus around that time (because it is possible for someone to use your IP as a proxy when you have a RAT on your PC, I know that much) that is what this looks like. It makes us look like we actually authorized the account recovery, but it was actually him. He could have used a vBulletin exploit to do it, but I'm not sure. You can even compare both of the account recovery threads and compare the way he spelled "acces" in both of them.

...but I am 100% sure that I didn't just recover my own account and just start scamming with it. I have built my trust up until then and I wouldn't just start scamming people out of nowhere. I just went inactive for a while, that's all.

I am 100% willing to pay off all verified scammed items back to their original owners or to a mod/admin to hold. I'm just looking to come back to the community, and I'm willing to give out any information necessary to get back into my account.

I want to come back, even if it is with a DNT. I did not scam anyone and I don't blame Sythe staff for any of this. You all are not the blame for this. If the IPs match then the recovery email is sent, so it was most likely my fault for having some type of malware on my computer. I just want to come back and this is the full truth.
