    Can you expand and be more clear? Why would it be more biased if the development teams were to vote because they do things and community doesn't do anything?

    Thanks I thought it would be nice to bring it back. I'm open to letting all members vote but feel people will vote for their friends not someone who deserves it.

    Because they'll vote for themselves.

    If the community don't do much nd the dev teams or staff do then who is there to vote for? Who is putting up members for vote? Who is choosing? What's it based on? If the community is biased so are the dev teams.

    You cant vote for yourself. MOTM votes should be focussed away from the staff team.

    Most likely there will be a thread in the final few days of the month where everyone is able to give an opinion of who they think should be motm.

    Development team members can then vote based from the most mentioned users.

    Votes have to be justified and any troll votes will probably serve some form of punishment like not being able to win motm for a duration of time.

    It's based on activity, what you post, how you participate in the forums, what are you upto on Sythe and etc...

    I've realized I made an ugly post while in a bad mood last night and would like to apologize for that. I took a step back and realized I have the least of problems. Sorry to those that I may have offended.

    This is a very well constructed report of the community developments, and I'm impressed by the dedication of the team who threw this all together. The new moderator positions are well deserved and I wish them the best for the future.
