"You need to post via home internet not using mobile internet."
I am using "rural broadband" package provided to rural customers here because the cables are too shit. Basically an initiative to increase internet speeds/coverage for rural areas. So I don't have any cable internet anymore.
Here's a page about it - The Government's Rural Broadband Initiative: Telecom
-> directly talking about towers
"Vodafone: delivers community broadband objective
Hopefully that is understandable.
Cheers

- Identifies sites, builds open-access towers and equips them with technology to deliver community broadband coverage
- Manages tower co-location, with price set to cover operational costs"
Hopefully that is understandable.
