Disputing my TWC

would like to dispute the TWC that I received for the post Darencln botting services.

Sneaky fish gave me a completely 100% fresh account which I leveled by hand. I had completed 1/4th of the service 100% done by hand. Something came up where I could not be attentive to the account, mind you that I am not on these forums to promote my power leveling service. I only buy/sell accounts as well as trade gp. I decided to take his job and leveled his fresh account through tut island and got 51 wc and 38 def 1/1/38. When I found out the account was banned I made a new account with identical stats and offered it to sneakyfish. I had no intention on completing the service because I did not follow through with what I had said I just was going to give him the account and walk away. I do not see why I have the TWC when I have not done another powereleving service nor did I plan on it after what went down with him. I had no intention of scamming or trying to take advantage of him and there was no loss since it was an entirely fresh account (and if he did feel so I offered him another account which he posted in the thread above.) IMO the whole thing is entirely childish of him because he suffered no loss and was not left in the clear with no idea what had happened and was offered a free account with the same stats I told him that I had achieved. By no means does this make me a scammer nor does it make me somebody trying to get the upper hand. IM going to upload our whole conversation and sythe can decide if I am shady or not because I believe that sneakyfish was butthurt so he wanted to ruin my rep. It would be a different story if I just said if I never responded to his pm or anything but instead I chose to be honest and admit to running a script. I dont think that is lying by any means because I did not lie at all. I played the account 100% when he asked me and when that changed not only did I tell him but I made a brand new account and leveled it from scratch.

@Darencln you can't say you're offering hand done services only then starting running scripts on peoples' accounts. If you want another staff's input then go ahead, but I believe the TWC should stay. Do some legitimate account training, get some vouches, then we can talk about removing it. Tag another staff member if you want his input.

 

You can appeal for removal in a month.

Admires reason is justified and I would have given you a twc in the same situation.

Maybe I am missing the concept here and I appreciate your response admires but I still dont think I deserve this TWC and I would like another admin's input. Im going to tag @Azie because Im not familiar with the admins and I have read some of his posts.

Its like this:

I dont do powerleveling services, I only responded to his add after offering him a gift card and noticing that he was advertising for power levelers.

Sorry to digress, but you can see if you refer back to my skype conversation with @Sneaky Fish5 that I talk several times about having little to no money on osrs. Ill come back to this later.

If I had a thread saying "darencln powerleveling services" then I think it would be a different story but its like if I were doing construction on a building per say. If I say im using a jacksaw and then use a power saw instead and fuck up the cutting then I would be required to pay for the mistakes I made to the person who hired me then leave the job. Which is exactly like what happened here. I offered him a free account with the stats identical to what I told him I had achieved for compensation for me being foolish and running a script.

I just want to make what im trying to say very clear.

Im not saying that his thread should be taken down.

Im saying that that I dont deserve a TWC for something that I was doing on the side. Say said construction job was just something I do on the side for money (much like powerleveling) but my main career is an accountant. People wouldn't boycott my accounting business because I messed up during a side job.

I think it would be a different story if I was sitting here with half of his money or all of it. But I agreed to not be paid until after the job was done. Which me being poor and that being the whole basis as to why I took this job, if I were out to get somebody I would of at least taken half off the get go.

I also could of said I was banned for something like AHK, using 3rd party software, etc. But instead I was honest and made a similar account for him.

Like I said perviously, maybe I'm just missing the point.

But, why should that make trading with me "risky business"?

The TWC is warranted because as mentioned by @Admires you used a script when you stated it would be hand done. I read the Skype conversations and you seem like a decent guy who made a small mistake.

Agreements made between traders is very important on Sythe. You both agreed that it will be hand done. You confirmed when the buyer questioned you as seen by the Skype conversation screenshots. The fact that you went against the agreement is the reason for your TWC. It doesn't necessarily mean that you were trying to scam but it's an area you need to work on which is why you have a TWC.

If you can get between 5-10 vouches and dispute in a month we will happily remove the TWC.

If you feel like this will hurt your chances of trading, just use a MM. This will help you trade successfully and add to your vouch count. There are lots of trusted middlemans and you can always use me for free (I charge usually) but I'll sort you out for free as you seem like a genuine guy that made a mistake.
