Also, quick tip since I'm not allowed to post on that thread, try post a picture of bank before he logged on it, It would make him liable for money that was on it
and also don't flame the staff it doesn't help anyone or make them like you, if another case is open it could affect their opinions.

Seems your report is getting dealt with, usually since Shin was the first to respond he would be the one to deal with the report and he responded within a few minutes of the thread being made
