email jagex to unban your account?

isnt there an email where you can request a rollback or something and just
pay them?
i think i saw this somewhere
please let me know ive been banned but no option to pay or anything

 

No, there is some talk Jagex will email you to pay for being unbanned, but I think that's only for people who used pin lines. That's just what I think. They will email you if you got the chance.

Hey, try posting you banned accounts' usernames there ^. If they want to reinstate your account, they'll contact you via PM of the banned account. Best of luck!

 

you can. i got my account unbanned about a week after they announced they were going to unban people. i emailed jagex @ billing support and @ parents every day for a week and they unbanned me for $$

I posted on the thread, but no luck.

I remember that most unbanning methods required emailing a random jagex email, but no success from that either.

 

If you get selected they will email youi. or post on the forums.

 

[email protected] <-- Or something like that, My turm zerk got banned for botting Mining in sept and in about January I decidecd to give it a try after I heard that there was a chance it worked, because it wasn't actully me who was botting the account, I don't know if they could tell this by IP's or whatever, but I email'd them on my mums email address saying that my sons account got banned and he's proven that he wasn't involved, after 2 days of emails back to each other, I was unbanned, so I could play the game again

Hey Jagex Team; I recently tried to log into my runescape account I made a year or so back. Finally got a computer to play again. Apparently I got banned? I don’t know what for but I think someone hacked me, I just didn’t know because didn’t have a computer as well as being busy with new job etc…finally able to relax! I would love to enjoy this time playing runescape again, a lot of friends thinking the same thing! I don’t know the cause but please investigate for me. Tough to get ahold of you guys or Im just doing it wrong. If this is the wrong place to email sending me a phone number or the right email to go to would be awesome.
