Account Recovery

my old account, Freely Drawn which was registered to <hidden> I forgot the password and e-mail, and I believe I was banned for being inactive and missing out on some crucial update. I came to recover my account once before and was given it back but I declined due to being busy w school. I was wondering what steps I need to take to get it back once again? I don't remember my password and the e-mail is disabled/long gone.. however, I do remember quite a bit of crucial information which can assist me in recovering the account.

edit: Fire said I would have no problems in recovering the account again, I tried to set up a 2 step verification that I would have wanted him to keep record of, but he told me not to worry I would 100% get it back.
